Plan your finances
Pay Your Enrollment Deposit
Pay a $200 enrollment deposit as an initial commitment to GWC. The deposit must be received before your room assignment will be assigned. Pay deposit online.
Register for Orientation
Our orientation program helps you transition to George Williams College. Your admission counselor will provide all of the registration materials. You also can contact us firstname.lastname@example.org to request orientation information.
Register for classes
We want to make sure you're on track to graduate in four years and to meet all of your program requirements, so your academic advisor will work with you to set up your course schedule for the first semester and beyond. Contact 262-245-8564 or email@example.com to schedule an appointment.
Reserve your room
If you want to live in one of our spacious, lakefront on-campus lodges, you'll need to submit a housing contract and make a housing deposit. Contact 262-245-8564 or firstname.lastname@example.org for housing information and rates.
Secure health insurance
All full-time undergraduate or resident students must be covered by health insurance. You can submit your insurance waiver Aurora University website (AU is a partner institution of GWC). We no longer offer the option of insurance through the University. Click here for explanation.
Once you enroll, you'll receive an e-mail address and login information for all of our computer systems in the mail. Be sure you hold on to this information as you'll need it to log on to computers in our labs, and to access Moodle (our course-management software) and WebAdvisor (our student accounts system) in the mail.
Ifyou have questions or concerns, we're just a phone call or e-mail away. Please contact the Office of Admission at 262-245-8564 or email@example.com. We'll do all we can to assist you.
