Plan your finances
Pay your enrollment deposit
A $200 enrollment deposit serves as an initial commitment to GWC; $100 will be applied toward tuition and $100 will go toward housing. The deposit must be received before your residence hall room will be assigned. Pay deposit online.
Reserve your room
If you want to live in one of our spacious, lakefront on campus suites (with private bathrooms), you'll need to submit a housing contract and make a housing deposit. Contact 262-245-8564 or email@example.com for housing information and rates.
Register for orientation
Our orientation program helps you transition to George Williams College. Meet with your admission counselor and receive registration materials. Get to know your fellow new students. Work with your academic advisor to explore majors, courses and career opportunities throughout your years of college. You will also *register for classes, declare a major and create a graduation plan. Contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org for information on the next orientation date.
*If you are unable to attend student orientation contact the Academic Services Office at 262-245-8535 or contact email@example.com.
Secure health insurance
We no longer offer the option of insurance through the University. Read more here.
Once you enroll, you'll receive an email address and login information in the mail. Please hold on to this information as you'll need it to log on to computer in our labs, access Moodle (our course-management software) and WebAdvisor (our student accounts system).
If you have questions or concerns, please contact the Office of Admission at 262-245-8564 or firstname.lastname@example.org. We're here to help make the transition to GWC a smooth one.
